My journey into skin health began from personal experience . Before specialising in skincare, I worked as an advanced dental nurse, where caring for people and helping them feel confident was something I truly loved. However, my own struggles with acne completely changed the direction of my career and ultimately led me into the word of skin health.

For many years, I experienced first hand the physical discomfort and emotional impact that problematic skin can have. Acne affected not only my skin, but also my confidence, mental wellbeing, and the way I felt about myself day to day. I know how overwhelming and frustrating it can feel when you try countless products and treatments without understanding the true cause of whats happening beneath the surface.

This personal journey inspired me to study functional health so I could better understand the connection between the skin, internal health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing, Through my education and experience, I discovered that achieving healthy skin isn’t about chasing quick fixes, i’s about treating the skin as part of the whole body.

This means looking beyond symptoms alone and taking a more complete approach by considering factors such as skin function, gut health, hormones, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and skincare routines. By identifying and addressing the root cause of skin concerns, the aim is to create long term, sustainable skin health rather than temporary results.

My passion now is helping others feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their own skin. I understand how personal struggles can be, which is why every client is treated with care, understanding and a tailored approach designed specifically for their individual skin journey .
